Without our Return Authorization we will not accept the returning goods. To maintain your own interests, Please contact us at first. We are neither responsible for the refund nor accept returned product without our Return Authorization. Without our comfirmation your package may losed during the returning.

5.All the pictures you send us for refund must be clearly enough for us to check and all the reasons you proposed to refund have to be reasonable enough, otherwise we have rights to refuse, please note.
